On my trip, Iban made this delicious salad. It was simple: avocados and tomatoes. I wanted this for lunch, but after mixing the two ingredients, it looked so plain that I decided to alter it.

For around 350 calories, you get this delicious salad.

Ingredients:

  • Roasted red peppers (in vinegar not oil)
