Yesterday I got in 50 sit ups.  I wanted to get in 60.  Unfortunately, the lazy monster got me.  I’ve been staying up way too late and getting up way too early with my kids and I’m tired.  I realize that is not a good reason for not doing 10 more sit ups but alas it is what happened to me.

Today is squat day.  I’ haven’t done squats in a week and I’m feeling apprehensive.  I need to just get up and so as many as I feel I can.  My right quad muscle has been sore for the past week but it is feeling  a lot better today.  I have done some stretching on my legs which felt pretty good but my muscles are tight.
