Yesterday I did 20 squats.  4 sets of 5 reps.  I made sure to turn my feet out to a 45 degree angle and not go overboard.  My legs feel good today.  I think if I am patient and keep my number of squats to a minimum I can increase strength and get my quads in shape enough to start adding a lot more.

Today I’ll be doing push ups, my favorite.  My arms are feeling a little tight.  We’re on vacation and I’m sleeping in a bed that isn’t mine and I’m not getting enough sleep either.  We’re having a lot of fun seeing friends and family and as busy as we are, I’m happy to say, my minimalist approach to working out is serving me well.
