I am an average guy living in the Orlando, FL area.  My goal is to build strength and lose weight with a minimum amount of effort.  I’m calling my plan the Minimalist Workout.

I started in May 2012 with a plan to start off with only 5 reps per set of each workout but multiple times per day.  Inspired by Pavel Tsatsouline and Tim Ferriss. I will set up certain rooms in my house where every time I enter one of these rooms I perform a specific workout.  I plan to do push ups, sit ups and squats and add to the amount of reps I do as I gain the strength to do so.
